He'd begun to resign himself to Pokemon just being itchy to fight all the time until realizing that he didn't need to do that here...he could just offer the little guy some of the bait given to him and maybe all would work out? Turns out it took Legosi nearly half his alloted pokeballs to catch Louis, so he knew exactly what his name would be the moment he finally succeeded. It seems Legosi's team is destined to be strong-willed and stubborn, and Louis is no exception.
